Dirty Cop James Comey Referred to Attorney General for Criminal Prosecution

Tonight on the Sean Hannity show, John Solomon reported that ex-FBI Director James Comey has been referred to Attorney General Bill Barr for criminal prosecution, pertaining to the leaking of classified information. Also reported is that the AG has declined at this moment to move forward with a prosecution.

In June 2017 fired FBI Director James Comey admitted to leaking potentially classified memos about his conversations with President Trump. Comey said he gave them to a friend, who then gave them to the New York Times. "I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday night, because it didn't dawn on me originally, that there might be corroboration for our conversations, might be a tape, my judgement was that I needed to get that out into the public square and so I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter." Adding to this Comey said, "I didn't do it myself for a variety of reasons, but asked him to, because I thought that it might prompt the appointment of a Special Counsel. I asked a close friend of mine to do that." Due to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Government watchdog Judicial Watch it is now known that Comey kept those memos at his home and subsequent to his firing in May 2017, FBI agents were sent to his house to retrieve them but two memos were, according to Comey, "missing".

The Attorney General's 'refusal' to prosecute will generate wild speculation with many fearing this is just another example of the two tiered justice system prevalent in our society. However, this may just be a deferral by AG Barr who would not want to proceed if he felt his case too weak to guarantee success and he may not only waiting for, but has knowledge of transgressions of greater import, such as Comey's involvement in FISA abuse. Still to be released is the Inspector General's Report which, according to reports, has now been delayed until at least the middle of August. Also, John H. Durham is still investigating the origins of the Russia Collusion probe and it is not unreasonable to expect that the hard hitting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut will in his report reveal numerous and more serious felonies.

Appearing on the Lou Dobbs show, ex-US Attorney General Joe DiGenova stated that Durham's investigation is moving at lightening speed and he has interviewed dozens of witnesses and is in the process of setting up a Grand Jury. Before the Solomon news broke, DiGenova said, presciently, "there may some of these players involved in more than one criminal investigation who may get a pass in one instance, but not another."

Although some consider it a veiled threat, it remains to be seen if James Comey follows the advice he has given others involved in this Russian Collusion hoax, to STAND TALL.
